We have 20 units. All our rooms have air conditioning, free fast internet connection, closed caption cable TV, and in-room coffee. We have recently updated our rooms with new carpet, towels, linen and TV's. All our rooms are Non-smoking
Units 1-8 are located in the north wing of our building.

# 20 1 Queen These rooms share a nice solarium so they can also serve as a suite.
# 22 1 Queen Families with young children love this spot. Adults get the bedrooms and the we put the small children on cots and mats in the solarium. (We also have put three families together using rooms # 22, 20, & 11. )
We do offer contractors prices during the week.
State and federal workers stay for the usual government rate.
Pets are allowed to stay under certain conditions.
1. That the dog never be left alone in the room.
2. The dog isn't a dog prone to barking.
3. The dog cannot be on the bed or bedding.

We have a 48 hour cancellation notice. Except for:
Oxford 250 weekend - 2 week
Christmas Vacation -2 week
Feb. Vacation - 2 week
Our kitchenettes have a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, and stove. All the kitchenettes' pots and pans, dishes and utensils are provided.
Cots and cribs are available, in certain rooms, for a small fee upon request.
The rates for our rooms are double occupancy.
Your children stay free with you, but… if you have others stay with you we reserve the right to charge the following:
$ 20 for each additional adult
$ 10 for each additional child
Extra charges:
A $60 cleaning fee if someone smokes in the room.
A cleaning fee of up to $60 if there is pet hair in/on the linen or excessive pet hair in room.
We will charge extra if guest is destructive or disruptive.

*Our rates are based on 2 adults, rates can be changed without notification. We don't require a deposit when you make a reservation, but we do require a credit card to hold the room and we do require you call us 48 hour prior to the 1:00 check in time to cancel your reservation. If the cancellation is given after allotted time the cost of the rent may be applied to your credit card. Each renter is responsible for any damage they or their guests cause to their rooms or the motel. Management has the right to revoke any and all privileges of any guest, without refund, for inappropriate behavior, etc... as determined by management. The renter is totally responsible for any damage their dogs cause to the room and it's furnishings. There is no life guard on duty at the pool. The renter is responsible for any injury to them or their guests that may have occurred while using our facility.
